有几个步骤详细说明一下

1.下载权重

wget https://pjreddie.com/media/files/yolov3.weights
2.下载

yolov3.cfg

3.创建文件夹model_data

4.keras版本2.1.2 tensorflow版本1.2.1 可用，本来我是keras2.1.4也用不了

5.运行

python convert.py yolov3.cfg yolov3.weights model_data/yolo.h5

6.运行

python yolo_video.py --images
