若出现PictureBox1_MouseWheel事件不触发,则在PictureBox1_MouseMove事件中加入

PictureBox1.Focus();

使PictureBox1获取焦点,然后就能响应滚轮事件。

注意:代码中可能直接使用Panel.Invalidate()触发Panel的Paint事件,但同时配置ControlStyles.AllPaintingInWmPaintControl及Styles.OptimizedDoubleBuffer可能会导致图片拖拽、缩放出错,可以将Panel.Paint事件的具体代码替换使用panel.Invalidate()的地方。

1、g.SetGDIHigh()错误

SetGDIHigh功能是提高显示精度。因此可以将此段代码单独使用(可以放在类初始化函数内比较合理)
