IDEA报错：Unsupported characters for the charset 'ISO-8859-1'

解决方法

File->Settings->Editor->File Encodings

将Properties Files (*.properties)下的Default encoding for properties files选择UTF-8，Transparent native-to-ascii conversion前打勾。
