Please regenerate the checkpoint for this design with -incremental_synth switch in the same Vivado session that synth_design has been run. Synthesis will continue with the default flow
 

解决方法

点击“Reset Output Products”,等待完毕之后执行“Generate Output Products”

后续我也删除了.dcp文件，没有继续报错了

解释

增量合成更新失效了，相当于工程改变了。
