vue-cli@3打包页面404，刷新404

1、route/index.js  取消model为history模式，打包后路径和静态资源可以正常访问，但是路径中有#号（未解决）

 

 2、启用history模式，并且在nginx.conf.js中配置404可解决（推荐）
