Craftsmanship Encurages Developers to Write Great Software

Software creaftsmanship makes us consider thepeople doing software development.what makes exceptional developers exceptional?what does mastery of software development look like?what lessons can we learn from experienced developers?
in the 1970s and early 1980s, wealth of books that attempted to capture the experience and knowledge of working programmers was published. examples include the early works of Gerald Weinberg(one of my friends, author <a manual of style, and the psychology of computer programming).this practice of capturing tradition has been revived with the reissuing of many classic books like <Programming Pearls>.Indeed,'programming is a craft'.
