中间增加：

•  moreover，it is widely considered that the .... is a effective solution(way,n) to solve the problem. ,  用现代分词，过去分词，（equipped with。。）来 开始  支撑我的观点。
• put in practice ， only having done ‘’‘’     is n liable to 
• ...... is of necessity to be put in practice,

 

 In a word，  a close attention is supposed to be paid to the ....., what's more, there are solutions regarding .... which are expected to be put in practice. Only having done that, is the problem liable to be addressed. 

结尾： 1 用被动 2 后面接 there are ---soluations which can be used to ---- 干什么 等等， only having done that ， is issue liable to be addressed。
