F5 build web alert Unable to Start program 'http://localhost:XX/' Element not found

1) you can turn of dynamic port in project setting. By doing that, you can prevent starting multiple instance of asp.net developer server.

down vote  Disable automatic crash recovery in IE via 'Internet Options' -> 'Advanced' -> 'Browsing'.

2)web->property page ->build-> build solution action-> build web site as part of solution  "Disable this option"
