The TX75XXK is ultra-low quiescent currentregulator features low dropout voltage and lowcurrent in the standby mode. With less than2.5uA quiescent current at no load, theTX75XXK is ideally suited for standbymicro-control-unit systems,especially foralways-on applications like E-meters, firealarms,smokedetectors andother.systems. The TX75XXKbattery-operatedretains all of the features that are common tolow dropout regulators including a low dropout
PMOS pass device, short circuit protection, andthermal shutdown.
The TX75XXK has 60V maximum operatingvoltage limit, and -40'C to 125c operatingtemperature range, and +2% output voltagetolerance over the entire output current, inputvoltage, and temperature range.The TX75XXK regulators are available instandard SOT23-3,SOT89 and SOT223packages.
