SVN安装过程出现“Custom action InstallWMISchemaExecute failed解决

右击我的电脑——管理——服务——找到Windows Management Instrumentation查看是否启动，如果无法启动
以管理员身份运行cmd.exe 输入sc config Winmgmt depend= RpcSs 回车，然后再启动Windows Management Instrumentation。
