After Sitecore 9 installation, the CPU is very high

症状：

CPU usage 几乎100%， 主要被java(TM) Platform SE binary占用。

 

原因:

solr 的certificate是self-signed，SC9不支持。

在"sitecore9Test-xconnect\App_data\jobs\continuous\IndexWorker\App_data\Logs"的log中可以看到很多error：The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure
