CDMA MSC Design & Maintenance
Introduction:
MSC (Mobile Switching Center) is the primary service delivery node for GSM and WCDMA handling voice calls, SMS and services such as fax.
Role in projects:
1. Analyses root cause of TR, give proper solution to this TR, validates the solution by simulation testing.
2. Involved in CDMA RPC team, finish MDE project by cooperating with others or solely.

Acquirement:
1. Familiar with CDMA core network , GSM call path.
2. Familiar with solaris environment.
2. Real time system knowledge.
3. Simulation testing ability.
2. Solid knowledge about CDMA, GSM network architecture.
