64位系统上编译运行32位程序时如果要访问Access数据库会出现The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine错误， 解决方法是：

打开项目配置管理器（Configuration Manager），将项目的运行平台（Platform）修改为x86，也就是使被编译的程序在32位模式下工作。
