Window10上运行的Ubuntu Bash 在安装Tensorflow时

运行：

pip install --upgrade tensorflow

命令时出现出现了异常：

解救方法：更新pip版本

运行命令：

pip install --upgrade pip

更新成功。

再次运行：

pip install --upgrade tensorflow

安装成功
