android sugar no such table

错误如下:

android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: no such table: BOOK(Sqlite code 1): , while compiling: INSERT OR REPLACE  INTO BOOK(TITLE,ID,CONTENT) VALUES (?,?,?),(OS error - 2:No such file or directory)

在studio中找到file--->setting--->instant run --->第一列取消勾选.
