Guideline 1.4.1 - Safety - Physical injury

Your application provides health or medical advice, calculations, references, health reports, or diagnostics, but does not include sources of medical information.

Specifically, we found that medical reporting guarantees function.

All applications with medical and health information should include links to these sources. This helps ensure that App Store users get accurate information.

问题原因：

解决方法：

Guideline 5.2.1 - Law - Intellectual Property rights

According to the App Store Review Guidelines 5.2.1, the names of sellers and companies associated with your app do not reflect the names of insurance companies and medical institutions in the APP or its metadata.

Your app must be released under the seller's name and the company's name, and reflect the name of the insurance company and medical institution. If you are developing this application on behalf of a customer, suggest that your customer add you to the development team in their Apple Developer account. If your customers do not already have an Apple Developer account, they can register for the Apple Developer Program through the Apple Developer web site.

To request an update of the company name or entity type associated with this Apple Developer Program account, the team agent will need to edit the account information. On the Apple Developer site, go to Account and select membership. On the membership page, click "Do you want to edit this information?" To submit the changes you requested.

Please note that submitting a document on behalf of the content owner or organization showing the license to publish this application does not resolve this issue. The application must be submitted under the content owner's own Apple developer account.

To apply for a fee waiver for a nonprofit, accredited educational institution, or U.S. government agency, follow the steps listed on the Membership waiver page of Apple's Developer Program.

问题原因：

项目里做了保险商品、保险公司、购买的保单等相关的功能，但是公司没有保险相关资质，我们是****网络科技公司，保险需要的是****保险公司

解决方法：

这是个硬伤，没办法，只能删除任何与保险有关的字眼、功能等，保留了 用户不购买 但是可以录入保单的功能，也就是 用户可以在我们app里录入在其他平台购买的保险单。本来tabbar的“保险”也改成了“保障”，没想着说测试账号如此，其他账号还继续显示保险，毕竟涉及到了资质问题，怕被复测后封号

 

 

Guideline 2.1 - Performance - Application integrity

Your health report function doesn't seem to include the last part.

Before you submit your application to the App Store, all of its content and metadata must be final. Your application must not contain placeholders or incomplete information. For example, an application with the text "LoREM IPsum" in the application description field will be rejected. Similarly, applications with placeholder screenshots, such as "Screenshot Coming soon," are rejected. Instead, you should only submit an application with complete information and content.

项目对接了淘京拼等电商平台的商品数据展示，商品搜索页面可以搜到“优酷vip、腾讯视频vip”等虚拟商品的展示，因此被拒

解决方法：

把提供给苹果审核的测试账号，在搜索页面做一下关键词的过滤，例如“优酷、youku、腾讯视频、爱奇艺、aiqiyi、vip”等，把这些关键字替换成空字符串，确保在搜索的时候搜不到虚拟商品即可，类似“花生日记、高佣联盟”等大牌返利app应该也都是这么做的，因为我在他们的app里也可以搜到相关虚拟商品

问题原因：

因为我们的app里面有返佣金的功能和会员vip体系，所以苹果审核时问到了这些问题，二进制文件没有被拒绝，不需要打新的ipa包，一一解释一下即可。

解决方法：

感谢您对我们App的审核，对您提出的问题解释如下：

1. 用户点击购买商品跳转到淘宝、京东等第三方app后，下单购买后，第三方平台会给“自己app”返一定比例的佣金(因为“自己app”帮助第三方平台销售了商品)，“自己app”再把这些佣金返还给用户；
2. 用户不需要付费或购买成为“自己app”会员，只需要认证即可成为“自己app”会员；
3. 用户不需要付费或购买进入“自己app”会员结构；
4. 用户可以从自己拓展的用户中的获利(一定比例的佣金)，但需要“自己app”审批成功后，才可以获得相应的奖励；
5. 用户为自己购买的实物商品付费，“自己app”App没有任何虚拟产品的支付推广。

麻烦您再次审核，谢谢！（态度诚恳一点吧，管它有用没用。。因为描述了用户可以从自己拓展的用户中的获利，再次被拒，见问题5.0）

一开始以为涉及到了返利被拒，难道要把返利相关的功能全部砍掉吗？但是市场上返利的app很多，都是正常运营的，所以觉得可能是上一次描述的太简单不够明确，让审核人员认为app存在多级营销返利，这是不符合规定的，所以被拒了，于是抱着试一试的态度又详细描述了一下。

解决方法：

再次详细描述了app是如何返利的，回复审核人员：

您好，针对您的审核意见，我们评估后做出了如下回复：app不存在多级营销返利，上一次的返利描述不够准确，app只有一级营销，举例说明：用户A注册了app，然后推荐用户B注册了app，用户B就成为了用户A的团队成员，当用户B购买了商品后产生的返利会返给用户A一部分；用户B又推荐了用户C注册了app，用户C只是用户B的团队成员，和用户A没有任何关系，当用户C购买了商品后产生的返利会返给用户B一部分，不会返给用户A。只是单级返利，app不鼓励用户多购买商品产生返利，只是鼓励推荐用户注册使用app。
