如何转换任何配置文件 文件中的内容

 

引言

Web.config 通过web.Release.config 和web.Debug.config文件来实现不同编译配置下生成不同的配置文件，

但有时为了区分appSettings节点的配置内容，我们会单独放到一个文件。

以便我们更好的查看，修改（维护），这样我们如何像Web.config 那样优雅的处理这种转换呢？
