The way to restore sqlserver2000 database to sqlserver2005

There are two ways to do this:

1.    Backup the database in sqlserver2000, restore the database in sqlserver2005 using the backup file

with the option “overwrite the existing database”.

2.   Export data in sqlserver2000 and set the destination server with the server name of sqlserver2005.
