生成spl_bsp后，在spl_bsp路径下输入make

 

提示：没有规则可制作目标 /host_tools/altera/preloader/uboot-socfpga.tar.gz

 原来要先运行 ./embedded command shell.sh， 并在该终端窗口下 输入make
