Tianfu:move the BingDictionary UWP solution from TFS $/SecondPartyApps/BingDictUWP-branch/MSRAStudents/WordChallengeTeam

to http://vstfsng01:8080/tfs/PlayGround/AseTeam2 and make solution can be compiled,In addition, help Shijie&Guoqing understand better about the project code.          

Shijie:have a preliminary understanding of WordChallenge's API calls.

Guoqing:Add a navigationlabel of WordChallenge and fill this WordChallengePage with HelloWorld-example.

Jingwen:learn more fundamental intellectual about C#/xaml development by MS startup project.

Part2:

Prospect of next sprint:

1.create a new reference project (named BingDictUWP.WordChallenge) which used by startup project BingDictUWP.UI.

2.Add more API call function into the BingDictUWP.WordChallenge project.

3.insert word-difficulty option Subpage into WordChallengePage in APP.
