# A tasty American meal   美味的美国餐

1. In a pot of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta  在一锅沸腾的盐水中，煮意大利面

# Linking

When words that end in a consonant sound are next to words that begin with a vowel sound, the consonant sound becomes part of the second word.

Examples:

When words that end in a vowel sound are next to words that begin with a vowel sound, English speakers may naturally create a /y/ or /w/ sound that links them together

Here are some examples:
