Team project proposal for ASE -- Pulse Detection on CellPhone

In this project, we will release an phone app that can automatically detect human pulse via a captured video.

it would be fun and practical, especially for people to check pulse when he or she feels not comfortable. Also, you can use this to check whether people are upset because of lying or something.
