someone always forget why we are here!

we have a rule, revision come from a pair can not audit that revision by one of them. but, it breaks now, by a no brains women and coach who have no context. the worst thing is that the other team members no one have their thoughs themself. does the rule is make sense? we always want to build a rule, but we always forgot them. we always complains their is no rule in china except back door or relationships. how we take care of the rule in our daily life?

we are going to make a test framework, going to cover the main logic of our production code. we can make it better but need more time. we write a another project to simulate our production that is to say, we need to maintains two "copys" of code. anothe thing is that we make this framework to improve code quality but we write another test framework low code quality.
