MTK编译环境出错，导致编译源码的时候报错 make: *** [mmi_feature_check] Error 1
然后armcc --vsn 查看如下

就是找不到license文件，然后找到对应的路径 C:\Program Files\ARM\Licenses 发现没有 Licenses 文件夹，于是创建一个Licenses文件夹，把rvds.dat复制到这个文件夹中 就可以正常编译
