对于两个区间分别排序双指针计算即可，时间复杂度 \(O(n\log n\log v)\)，可以通过 .

考虑两个右部点 \(i,j\)，它们邻接的左部点集合为 \(S_i,S_j\)，则：

• 如果 \(S_i=S_j\)，那么可以把 \(i,j\) 合并起来，权值为 \(c_i+c_j\) .
