华为lab-rs-v1-2.10_ISIS基础

需求：

　　R1和R2、R2和R4之间互联接口以及R2的loopback口运行ISIS协议，R1和R2属于区域49.0012，R4属于49.0004，都是level-2类型的路由器，他们的system-id都是0000.0000.0000.X；

　　ISIS进程号为Y；

　　ISIS路由器之间只通过可靠的技术建立邻居关系，R2和R4之间不容许DIS，R2的G0/0/0接口不能运行ISIS协议，但接口所在网段能被ISIS区域访问；

拓扑：

　　R2与R1，以及R2与R4之间建立ISIS邻居关系；

配置：

　　R1路由配置：
