1.找到监听进程pid ,并将它kill 掉
 ps -ef|grep tns

[oracle@lixora admin]$ ps -ef|grep tns

 oracle  29668    1  0 10:12 ?        00:00:00 /oracle/bin/tnslsnr LISTENER -inherit

kill -9 pid
 
kill -9 29668
 

2.然后替换掉原来的listener.ora 文件
 
3.然后启动监听
