　　小小总结一下,首先是mount在open之前，物理恢复restore在逻辑恢复recover之前。不管是否归档模式重做日志都是要有的。

　　很多资料答案是E，经过查证startup nomount只是启动了实例而没有启动数据库，startup mount启动了实例，并加载了数据库，但是数据库没有打开，startup是最全的，实例，数据库加载，数据库打开。
　　这里是startup命令，显然不需要open数据库了。
