ios报错，这里只是记录解决方法

报错内容：

The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

解决方法：

command+Q 退出 Xcode，重新执行pod install，之后再重新打开Xcode运行。
