git clone 遇到问题

Cloning into 'warp-ctc'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/SeanNaren/warp-ctc.git/': error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version

将命令行里的http改为git重新执行
