The web services enumeration components are not available

Error Message：

The web services enumeration components are not available. You need to reinstall Visual Studio to add web references to your application.

Solution:

Start->Run->type devenv /resetskippkgs

Or on the command prompt (run) typed in "devenv /resetskippkgs" , (without quotes)
