bower install 出现 “Git is not installed or not in the PATH” 解决方法

1.安装时确认选择了 "run git from the windows command prompt" 选项；

2.确认环境变量path中有 “C:\Program Files\Git\bin” 和 “C:\Program Files\Git\cmd" （根据实际安装路径）；

3.重启（重装git并且确认选择第二个选项后，重启才能生效）。
