2、进入python的scripts目录下:D:\Python27\Scripts>

3、当前路径下输入easy_install pip指令，输出信息为：

5、在该网站http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/下载Pillow 根据名称中的cpXX （xx值python的版本）确定下载的版本

6、在D:\Python27\Scripts>pip install  C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\Pillow-4.3.0-cp27-cp27m-win32.whl,输出结果为：
