2.外部链接数据库报错Can't connect to mysql server on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx(10038)

解决：

（1）用root用户登陆

（2）grant all privileges on *.* to 'root'@'%' identified by 'Snyht_8888' with grant option;

（3）flush privileges;
