skydrive 中 文件夹以zip格式下载，含有中文的文件将会被改名

如题：

下载的zip文件中有一个Encoding Errors.txt 文件

内容类似如下

 

Due to the limitations of the supported zip file format, the following file(s) had to be renamed.

Original File Name  ->  New File Name
