oracle条件不等于字符bug

1,在oracle中，条件若是不等于一个字符,假如用<>操作符，有查不到字段为null的记录，

例如：select t.*, t.rowid from table t where t.user_id='123456' and t.bank_bind_order_type<>'1'，

解决 添加or条件 select t.*, t.rowid from tbale t where t.user_id='123456' and (t.bank_bind_order_type<>'1'or t.bank_bind_order_type is null)
