当然还有一个更加便捷的安装方式就是安装完整版Anaconda，大约500m左右。在Windows相当方便，去官网下载　　https://www.anaconda.com/

安装完成打开后，点击Environments，点击root开启——以jupyter notebook开启。在浏览器编辑。

 

不得开启vpn，容易引起错误。
