The EF Core tools version '3.1.5' is older than that of the runtime '3.1.8'. Update the tools for the latest features and bug fixes.

 

efcore执行迁移命令Add-Migration时提示：

The EF Core tools version '3.1.5' is older than that of the runtime '3.1.8'. Update the tools for the latest features and bug fixes.

需要在nuget中升级当前的efcore版本：其他nuget包也是同样的升级方式：
