不小心运行了cleanupinstaller，之后，全部的快捷键都不见了

今天，由于visual studio 2017的setup.exe老是链接不上服务器，看到一些博客说需要运行cleanupinstaller，结果全部的快捷方式都不见了

最后用离线版的vs2017安装好了之后，结果C盘太满了，想扩充一下C盘，结果右键电脑->管理，快捷方式找不到
