vscode中开发aspnetcore项目 设置项目启动 launchUrl无效问题

问题描述：在launchSetting中设置 launchUrl:"swagger" 后无法如预期跳转自动跳转到swagger

产生原因: vscode中使用的是omnisharp 实际omnisharp启动的配置文件是 .vscode/launch.json文件
解决方法:
增加配置： github issues:https://github.com/OmniSharp/omnisharp-vscode/issues/2868
