状态定义

定义状态转移

transitions = [

{'trigger': 'Dispatch', 'source': 'Ready', 'dest': 'Running'},
{'trigger': 'Interrupt', 'source': 'Running', 'dest': 'Ready'},
{'trigger': 'InputOutputoreventwait', 'source': 'Running', 'dest': 'Waiting'},
{'trigger': 'InputOutputoreventcompletion', 'source': 'Waiting', 'dest': 'Ready'},

初始化
