Give you two numbers A and B, if A is equal to B, you should print "YES", or print "NO".

大数比较如果是用C语言写的话那么就没有这么简单了,因为要考虑到小数点,例如0.0 0 ;0 .00;要去掉前面的0和后面的0,但是用java写的话就直接可以用BigDecimal();就可以很简单的解决这个问题。因为 BigDecimal 由任意精度的整数非标度值 和32 位的整数标度 (scale) 组成。如果为零或正数,则标度是小数点后的位数。如果为负数,则将该数的非标度值乘以 10 的负scale 次幂。因此,BigDecimal表示的数值是(unscaledValue × 10-scale)。
