风险管理与PERT技术

风险定义：

一个不确定的事件或者情况，若其一旦发生，会对项目的目标，例如，范围、进度、成本和质量，产生积极或消极的影响。 风险是未来可能发生的问题，而不是当前已经发生的事情 风险的产生一般是有原因的，例如，开发人员离职导致项目延期

风险管理的框架：

The risk management includes these steps: Risk identification (风险识别) – what risks might there be? Risk analysis and prioritization (风险分析与优先级排序) – which are the most serious risks? Risk planning (风险策划) – what are we going to do about them? Risk monitoring (风险监督) – what is the current state of the risk?

PERT技术的步骤：

估计每个活动的最可能的时间，乐观的时间，悲观的时间，计算活动的期望周期与标准偏差；

正向遍历得到期望达到事件的日期；

满足目标的可能性。
