1.建立一个发送方

2.建立一个接收方

    public TalkReceive(int port,String msgForm) {

            socket = new DatagramSocket(port);

            e.printStackTrace();
        }

    }

    @Override
    public void run() {
        while (true){
            try {
                //准备接收包裹
                byte[] container = new byte[1024];

                DatagramPacket packet = new DatagramPacket(container,0,container.length);

                //3.阻塞式接收包裹
                socket.receive(packet);

                //接收数据
                byte[] data = packet.getData();
                //接收的数据
                String receiveData = new String(data, 0, data.length);
                //输出读取的是什么

3.写我们的主线程,建立一个老师和学生的对话 这步属实是太简单了
3.1 学生端:

3.2老师端
