30天敏捷结果:开篇

我从工作到现在,从来没有停止过学习,被老婆称为最用功负责的工人。一个人长时间的学习并没有什么难的,难的就是学习之后不知道怎么应用或者下一步该 如何走。当长时间没人指导我工作时,我曾经也迷茫过;当发表意见没人理会时,我也伤心过;当没人支持我的观点时,我也孤独过;在忙碌地学习脚步中,我才开 始停下来思考我下一步的方向,所以才开始关注个人软技能方面的东西,由于实施过敏捷开发,所以我给软技能取了一个“敏捷个人”的称号。
这几年,我开始逐步从自己的工作和生活中去思考一些软性的问题,从网上也收获很多别人的分享,不断地认识自我,管理自我。我并不期望有多高成就,只希 望能让自己过的充实;不期望自己有多牛,只希望自己能感觉到自己的成长。我深知,很多人和我一样,追逐的并不是金钱,而是一种自我价值;想要的也不是孤 独,而是一种充实,所以我在这里也记录了我的一些思考。
