如何在canda下安装libsvm？
版本：Python是2.7 canda2
首先想到的是去Python官网上找libsvm的包，结果并没有。
这是因为libsvm是c语言编写的并不是一个Python包。如果我们想在Python中使用libsvm，我们需要提供libsvm的接口。幸运的是我们可以在cond-froge上获取。
访问：http://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs下载对应libsvm版本。#该页面提供了用于Python编程语言的官方CPython分发的许多科学开源扩展包。
cmd 打开命令行窗口
cd C:\Users\HYL\Anaconda2\Scripts #进入到canda目录下Scripts C:\Users\HYL\Anaconda2\Scripts>pip install C:\Users\HYL\Downloads\libsvm-python-master\libsvm-python-master #用pip进行安装
