开源 jar转exe 工具

1.jsmooth 挺好用，就是好久不更新了，记得好像是win7下都不能运行，但是制作好的exe可以在win7,win10下运行。

2.Launch4j ，经过测试，在win10 64位，jdk8下可用，可直接生成exe文件，非常方便！
