1. New members & Discipline change

    Song Zuo joined us as a iOS developper.

    Yun Du joined us as a UI designer.

    Bin Zuo is on duty of IT.

2. The current investment situation and our expectation report.

    Amber said:    

    "The talk in this afternoon with a venture capital made me to calm down to think about the whole thing.  

    I feel I was premature to think of things such as earning money, building company, getting investment, which is beyond my current step. 

    Now I think the first priority is to build a demo version. After that, talking about the investment is meaningful, isn't it? "

    So, we should regard our work as building an awesome project in the class setting and environment. Let's do it step by step.

3. Discuss about the cost burden.

    We agreed with 

    (1)   Each of us shares the same cost for our product materials.

    (2)   Each of us shares the stock right proportionally to the contribution.

    We decide to buy two Macs as team's assets. After the project, we sell them to the second-hand market. 

    The price difference are about 3k RMB per mac. Each of us will burden the average of this.

5. Discuss about features

    5.1 Adopting Facebook's connection is really good ideas, which was proposed by the VC in the afternoon's talk.

    5.2 Discuss about the information sharing and entity such as users, comments, pdf, reference.  Refer to http://goo.gl/nLtAw

    5.3 Real-time mechanism and message pushing should be a goal for syncing library, and syncing PDF.

6. Assignment

   6.1  To view PDF smoothly. Owner: Song Zuo.

    6.2  Annotations, highlighting, comments, and marks on PDF. Owner: Zhengdong zhang, Zhaoquan Gu

    6.3  Real-time features. Owner: Zhouyue Su and Dong Wang.

    6.4  Library Management and File Transfer. Owner: Bin Zuo.

    6.5  SQLite. Owner: Yihan Gao.

    6.6  Server API. Owner: Dong Wang and Yuchen Zhang.

    6.7  Prepare devices and machines. Owner: Bin Zuo.
