Unable to attach to appilacation 'iisexpress.exe' .A debugger is already attached

vs2015F5运行时出现Unable to attach to appilacation 'iisexpress.exe' .A debugger is already attached。

这个问题是因为ie升级导致。

解决方法：

1.关掉 IE10 和vs 2010

2.打开 cmd那可耐的小黑窗口，64位操作系统输入：regsvr32.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\msdbg2.dll"

3.如果是 32系统 ，那输入regsvr32.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7Debug\msdbg2.dll"

问题解决。
