Mac OS 10.12 - ”ln: /usr/bin/tclsh: Operation not permitted“错误的解决方法！！

我在对"/usr/bin/"进行创建链接时候，出现错误：”ln: /usr/bin/tclsh: Operation not permitted“，这个错误的原因是Rootless机制保护，取消Rootless机制就可以了，取消方法：
